Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup crispy rice cereal
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (your choice)
- 1/4 cup dried fruit (raisins or cranberries)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is smooth and completely melted.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt into the melted chocolate. This will enhance the flavor and balance the sweetness.
- In a large bowl, mix the crispy rice cereal, chopped nuts, and dried fruit. Ensure that all the dry ingredients are well combined.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture. Stir gently until all the ingredients are evenly coated with the white chocolate.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Try to create uniform-sized clusters for even setting.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until the Ting-a-Lings are set and firm to the touch.
