White Chocolate Ting-a-Lings Recipe

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crispy rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (your choice)
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit (raisins or cranberries)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is smooth and completely melted.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt into the melted chocolate. This will enhance the flavor and balance the sweetness.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the crispy rice cereal, chopped nuts, and dried fruit. Ensure that all the dry ingredients are well combined.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture. Stir gently until all the ingredients are evenly coated with the white chocolate.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Try to create uniform-sized clusters for even setting.
  6. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until the Ting-a-Lings are set and firm to the touch.
