Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add bell pepper and peas; sauté for 3-4 minutes until soft.
- Stir in pineapple chunks and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
