- Cook Pancakes: Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet. Add a spoonful of chocolate chips or your chosen fruit in the center, then cover with more batter. This creates the ‘bomb’ effect, with the filling encased in the pancake.
- Flip: Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then carefully flip the pancake and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
