Easy Crockpot Candy Recipe

  • Author: Samantha

Ingredients

Scale

  • 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 2 cups of mixed nuts (or your choice)
  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients in Crockpot:
In your crockpot, combine the semisweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and peanut butter. Make sure your crockpot is clean and set to low heat.
  2. Melt and Stir:
Allow the mixture to heat on low for about 1 hour. Stir occasionally to help the ingredients melt and blend together smoothly. The goal is to achieve a silky and even mixture.
  3. Add Nuts and Marshmallows:
Once the chocolate and peanut butter are fully melted and combined, stir in the mixed nuts and mini marshmallows. Ensure that the nuts and marshmallows are well coated with the chocolate mixture.
  4. Drop onto Baking Sheet:
Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the candy mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Try to keep them evenly spaced to prevent them from sticking together.
  5. Cool and Harden:
Let the dropped candies cool until they harden. This can be done at room temperature or, to speed up the process, you can place them in the refrigerator.
  6. Enjoy:
Once hardened, your crockpot candy is ready to be enjoyed. Store any leftovers in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
