  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package phyllo dough or puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Oven: Set your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Prepare the Dough: Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough or puff pastry on a clean surface. Lightly brush the surface with olive oil.
  4. Add the Filling: Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture on one end of the dough.
  5. Shape the Puffs: Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges by pressing them together. Be sure to create a tight seal to prevent the filling from oozing out during baking.
