  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it’s ready for baking.
  2. Mix Chicken and Ham
    In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and diced ham. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to season the mixture to your taste.
  3. Prepare the Creamy Mixture
    In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and milk until smooth and well combined.
  4. Combine Ingredients
    Add half of the soup mixture to the chicken and ham mix. Stir in half of the shredded Swiss cheese to distribute the flavors evenly.
  5. Assemble the Casserole
    Spread the chicken and ham mixture evenly in a baking dish. Pour the remaining soup mixture over the top to cover the chicken.
  6. Add Toppings
    Sprinkle the breadcrumbs and the remaining Swiss cheese over the casserole to create a crispy, cheesy topping.
  7. Bake
    Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Garnish and Serve
    Once baked, remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving to add a pop of color and freshness.
