  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients:
    In a medium-sized bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to ensure all the dry ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Add Wet Ingredients:
    Pour in the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir the mixture until all the ingredients are well combined and form a dough-like consistency.
  3. Shape the Balls:
    Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, each about 1 inch in diameter. Ensure they are firm and hold their shape.
  4. Prepare for Refrigeration:
    Place the rolled balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they are evenly spaced to prevent them from sticking together.
  5. Refrigerate:
    Allow the balls to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. This will help them set and develop a firmer texture.
